Hi,
I ordered a Dr Clark's Zapper (Varizapper with Gamma option included), received it, and the product is fine, but the instructions for use (colour printed, in A4 format) were never sent.
Seller sent me an ill-formatted PDF whereby the printed pages are black and white and formatted in 7 X 15 cm thumb nails.
Due to that, the icons on the machine show in B and W in the document, which is very hard to read (icons must look like what I see on the electronic unit).
Seller told me he would send me the full instruction manual but I NEVER received it.
Since I have been patient, waiting for the manual to arrive, I didn't give a negative feedback, and now it is too late.
And the seller did not reply to my latest email, he does not care.
I have reasons to think the US supplier does not carry stock, and is not the one who makes the Dr Clark's VariGamma zappers, which by the way, are of excellent quality.
Any advice would be welcome.
Best regards.

Which affliction are you talking about???
Do you happen to be a Wikipedia reader?
And I used that tech for very long time, successfully. No cold in the last 15 years.
And please, do me a favour: Can you name 5 reasons why you CAN'T electrocute a virus, 10 reasons would be even better.
To conclude, I have been asking for help in the matter that concerns me right now.
This Clark's Zapper is even better than the 1st little Zapper I built myself.
My problem is NOT THE ZAPPER, but the service on the part of the guy whoy supplied it to me without a proper instructions manual.
The Zapper works beautifully, it is top quality, and this is the reason why it is selling like hot croissants.
I highly recommend that simple yet efficient technology.
The Hulda Clark brand is not the only one, I think the ParaZapper is very good also. Possibly other brand also, but I do not know about all the other machines.
So your response is beside the question I have been asking.
Thank you anyway!

Most manuals for anything and everything are on-line these days.
It wasn't that hard, as Padi showed.

If you've been using them for 15 years, you shouldn't need an instruction manual, even a monochrome one.

This one is programmable, I can choose the adequat frequencies, so I need a manual. The old zapper is 30 Khz frequency.
