I want to leave feedback on an item that I purchased and it doesnt work - how can I do this?

Trail Camera Wireless Farm Security Cam Waterproof Night Vision Motion Detection -  made in China, unbranded.

I purchased this product months ago and it doesnt record videos or photos on the SD card, despite several people also trying to get it to work. The SD card is good quality and works in other devices, this camera just wont record anything. I cintacted the seller 4 months ago and still no responseI want to leave a negative comment - how do I do this?

Why wouldn't you have opened a case for Item not as described to get your money back?

You have 180 days to open a case in Paypal to get a refund.

I'm astounded at the number of people who let Chinese sellers string them along.

And yet others, who haven't a clue that they can get a refund.

I guess they like to throw money into the wind.

The other thing is Stawks, a decent trail camera is going to set you back at least a couple of hundred bucks, one for less than $100.00 is going to be junk - especially if it's sourced from an Asian seller.
