My partner asked me to sign up here to buy X-mas gifts but so far the comments I've read here are negative e.g. "still waiting for items" and "sizes are wrong" and "site asking for more money" but now I'm not sure.. Maybe I'll try a test and let her get me a panty to see what happens, if it fails .. Oh well !!!.... but if it works .. great!!

You are about out of time to buy anything on line, and expect it to arrive by Christmas.

You should not judge eBay by this Forum where members come to get answers to their problems. Instead you should read the feedback left for the particular Seller you are considering buying from.

If you're after christmas gifts, go into some real shops. Your only other option is Amazon, where some things may be guaranteed to come in a day or so. But check dates before you buy.
As for buying on ebay, it is not without risk but you can make a good outcome more likely if you do these things
1. Buy from a seller located in Australia. Not just an item listed as in Australia, click on seller name and keep clicking till you find info on where they are registered.
2. Buy from a seller with a feedback score of about 99% or higher but before you do that, click on all feedback and check out the negatives and neutrals. If the seller seems to have had a fair few problems, click out, there are plenty of other sellers on ebay.
3. Read the ad a couple of times. Look at each photo carefully. If you have questions, message the seller before you bid.
4. After you do buy, watch the date. If the item runs overdue, open a claim with ebay or come back here and people can help you.
