Spoke to 2 supervisors, both said tge same thing
and that the limitations is not reversible. They said Paypal wishes to discontinue the relationship.
I guess its their loss more than mine. They
will lose more in the fees they will no longer get, as i sell more than I buy.
It's just disappointing when I havent done anything wrong. I waited over 4 weeks for delivery before openin the disputes. Its very unfair IMO.

I just spoke to Paypal again and was told
I'm a threat to them and they no longer wish to assoxiate with me.
Oh and she said quite sternly we will not reverse this decision.
WTF!
They're happy though to let the actual fraudsters continue to trade on Ebay & Paypal despite members warning them of the fakes and fraud activity that goes on.
Once again ir's the honest people that pay the price and are punished for the actions of fraudulent people.
You ought to be ashamed Paypal.

Just as a matter of interest, what is the percentage of paypal claims you have made in relation to the number of purchases you have made?
I have opened 37 claims/disputes in the last 6 years, but I have made over 10,000 purchases in the same timeframe. I am termed a Preferred Customer with paypal, with a special phone number to ring for any problems.

That is a very disturbing news if PP starts to exclude people without warning. But AP always did keep track of missing parcels; some years ago, about 12 ($), I made the mistake of buying some books from Canada (about 6 weeks apart) and reported them missing when they did not arrive within about 2-3 month. I was interrogated by AP security person in quite a nasty and agressive way. One of these parcels arrived, taking only about 4 months and the other never did. I was not actually making claims, I had no idea you can make a claim, I just let the Amazon sellers know that I still do not have the books.
In this moment I have 2 items rather overdue, hope it is just a Xmas overload.

I recently won a claim and received two nearly identical paypal emails advising that they had decided the claim in my favour except one had the header "Claim Award Limit Reached" never gave it a thought until reading this thread.
Think I will ring them to clarify ?

I suggest that you contact the Financial Ombudsman Service and explain to them your complaint in full, as this is quite a disturbing turn of events.

To be honest this is a good thing, maybe it may stop people making claims that are not legit, being a seller can be very fustrating to have claims against you in paypal knowing to well the item was sent and they buyer claims to have not received it,
ive been selling for 6 years, i have more claims for items not received then what i ever did and its getting worse. I am not saying they are not telling the truth but there are some who are just abusing the system.
