Is there a way to find a purchase I think I made in 2012? I bought a kitchen tap and just need to know the name of it to try and get a part for it. Thank you.

Try your paypal account if that is how you paid.

They used to keep all your transactions forever but I have been told it is more limited now although I have not tried it lately.

Kopenhagen, that's why I try to detail my purchases in my feedback, so that I can look over what I've bought, know from whom, avoid doubling up (with that tricky question "Have I already bought this?"), and reflect with pleasure on my best and most snipe-worthy wins.

Do you keep your email notifications? If so, the name may be there in the title of the purchase.
