ive purchased a Tool Box came via Aust Post but its been dropped and has been damaged, whats the procedure here is up to me to do the Claim or is the Seller as they Paid for the Postage and have the Original Receipt ?
Unfortunately i'm Rural WA and the PO here is a Licenced Shop they can't do any Claims - All good tho i rang Aust Post they have Opened a Claim and its in the Process and even better Seller has contacted us since and if the Claim thru the Post Office is rejected they will come to the Party - so at this stage its looking ok to be sorted.
