Item got lost during transition to Global Shipping Center

I'm buyer from Australia, recently purchased an item from UK seller, who sent the parcel from France to UK Global Shipping Center while she was on holiday in France.

According to the tracking number she provided, item has been delivered to GSP, Pitney Bowes warehouse on 24th Apr 2019.
However within 5 days, GSP/Pitney Bowes did not take any actions. So sent an email to Pitney Bowes's GSP support, they claimed they haven't received it in their wearhouse. It has been a week since the delivery so I'm 100 percent the packgage got lost. But this kind of International parcel normally required signature, successful delivery meant someone must have signed and accepted the package.
Neither me nor seller is at fault, I feel very little chance getting my money back from eBay.
Does anyone here share the same experience?

" I feel very little chance getting my money back from eBay."

Why?

Have you not read the eBay Money Back Guarantee?

Not me.

I have read the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

What is the Last Estimated Delivery Date?

Item got lost during transition to Global Shipping Center

I used to purchase one item within eBay Australia, the item was showing delivered to my address from AUSpost but I received nothing. I contacted with eBay & AUSPost with emptied hands.

But this item is different because the tracking does NOT show that it was delivered to you, so eBay should help you.

This is not what you said in your opening post.

You said it was lost at the PB warehouse.

Has the last estimated delivery date been exceeded?

Have you opened a case for item not received, or just contacted ebay?

Contacting ebay is not the same as opening a case to get your money back.

Is he talking about the same item or just saying that eBay didn't help in the past? He said "I used to", like something that happened in the past (even more than once)? It is not quite clear to me if he is talking about the same item or just saying eBay didn't help in the past, so he doesn't want to contact them?

Sorry about the confusion, eBay did not help me out in the past so which gives me bad feeling about this time.

Maybe not   'I used to'  -  but   'I used, to...'     shrug.gif  commas matter

Contacting ebay by email doesn't work, we know that.

They need to open a case for INR if the date will allow.
