Hi,
I have two (2) items of purchase in my to trolley, I wish to advise that the item from <Removed> is no longer available. I went ahead with the purchase, I then recieved an email back from <Removed> stating that the said item was no longer available and that a worker had sold it in shop and forgot take it off the site.
I acknowledged the email, stating it was not good , however mistakes are made and that alls good.
I am still getting emails from Ebay stating i must pay for this item, could you please straighten this out please. I know I have another Item that I purchased from Crows nest that has to be paid, however I need to get this straightened out please.

There is nothing to straighten out. Once the transaction has been cancelled and your money has been refunded the item will remain on your Purchase History until it disappears into the Archives.....or you can archive it yourself if it worries you.
Just ignore the ebay reminders...they are automatically sent after 2 days.
