Items not arriving, no tracking numbers provided

I bought an item from the uk over 2 months ago it never arrived. The seller didnt mark it as posted either. Anyway I got a refund.
Then with another item (different seller) no confirmation of being sent. I emailed her and she said oh I must have forgot, then marked it as posted. Well it hasnt turned up and Im getting now to the point its going to be another scenario like the other time. At least the US sellers give you a tracking number. If only the European and english sellers would do it and cut out all this worry to us buyers. Anyone else had the same experience of late?

And you would have been happy if the sellers had stood by their statutary rights to not refund as they had proof of postage?

I    Bought   3 differnet   itmes     from   3 different sellers    for my hobby     2 showed   up     on monday      the date    same date  as the 3rd  one  that one has not  showed up  and the seller   has not responed  to my  emals    and has not responed  to the  complaint   i filed with   ebay    should   i go   to the next step   the  connecticut    attourney generals   office

Gee, a whole day late. Given it is Tuesday where you are. I know you mob don't do Christmas as big as a lot of other places, but have you considered the mail system might be a bit overwhelmed at the moment?

I'd go the AG; after all the USA is the land of entitlement and you are obviously entitled to unrealistic expectations.

why stop there?  Why not tweet Donald Trump and request an executive order?  That’ll show them.  Fake sellers are a blight on eBay.
