Hi all, appears to be some confusion regarding who has to wear it when items are lost with Aust Post. I have lodgement receipts, and tracking shows the items have gone through Sydney, but thats where they stop, according to the tracking. I don't wish for my buyers to be giving me a neg, if I have to refund, I will. Aust Post have emailed me with their results of my two cases open with them, and they have requested values of the items, and the postage costs involved. I believe they may offer some type of payment when they lose items, but it probably wont cover the full value. It is a joke that we sellers really need to insure items in case they lose them. I mean, why should we pay extra, on top of the skyrocketing postage costs, to cover them for not doing their job and losing stuff. This is three items they have lost with me, in two weeks. A joke.

Actually, I just go down the main page and find any that have new comments I haven't yet read.
I wish there was an option to search only for those, it would make it so much easier.
You can subscribe to the DB's (not the AC's) under the "board options" and get email notifications of any new posts.

Ok, since you keep ''crowing'' about my alledged ''crying'' regarding my getting negs when it isn't within my control, quote me properly and be done with it, that's what I requested you to do. Simply highlight the wording you are referring to and I will gladly accept it. Easy.

I know this will get removed but I think that you're an agressive buyer and a reluctant seller.

Your redline says nil I'm afraid. If you can get a ''cry'' out of that, sorry but you are nit picking. I said, and for your benefit, I will repeat, I, like all sellers would not like getting negs from buyers. Especially when it's Aust Post who causes the neg. I dont have any on my Ebay account, and don't want any, at any cost, even if it means me refunding from my own pocket. I was in business for over 40 years, with a very large customer base, so I do know a thing or two about customer relations.
