Major ebay issues

Ebay does not recognize my receint purchace despite taking my money. the seller can contact me but Ebay has no record of it , Paypal has recognized it but every time I try to log a errore I does not recognize me as a client

Perhaps you bought as a guest.

Or perhaps you logged in via social media without realising this does not log you in to your usual account:

If the seller can contact you , do you mean the item's not shown in your purchase history ?

If yes, go to your purchase history page and make sure the  See Orders > Drop down box option is set to the correct timespan
