I know that Dave but so many people are going on about her TOS which are not only unfriendly, they ignore ebay policies & are about 50 miles long in various types of fonts & colours.
I don't have an opinion re this OP other than they can do what they like lol-it's no skin off my nose.

She now saying she's busy moving, and disable waiting on help to post, as she can only go to PO when someone takes her, but non of this was stated before I payed, oh well day 12 today will wait till next week see if she posts, as shes not selling anything at the moment, I bet I've done my money, she crying disable that make me feel bad for her if it true I'm on a aged pension, I think if she's selling she should be more organised,
thank you
The sellers approach is an interesting one for sure, but each to his/her own.
The OP is claiming that the post time was not stated - well yes it was indeed stated by the seller that they only posted on Fridays etc.
IMO the OPs "crying disable" comment is just not acceptable, no matter what the circumstance, ever.
The sellers listing don't indicate they are unorganised, indeed, they are quite clear on their approach to handling their sale goods (cat hair and all) they also outline their postage limitations.
IMO the OP should be more organised and make time to read listings more carefully before buying.

Judging by the catspjs reaction,I don't think she's ever considered herself to be in that position :O:O
Re the OP,perhaps they could do their seller a favour & refer her to some of the ebay policies she's currently breaching in her TOS.They may also like to make her aware she has no seller protection by demanding Paypal for pickup items.
Re opening a dispute for INR-they're perfectly within their rights to open a dispute after 11 days in accordance with the sellers posting times, public holiday or no public holiday.JMO

We only have the OP's word for it that the seller's message was rude. Actually, i find the statements about the seller rude, judgemental and on a whole nasty.
If the PO is closed on Friday than the seller cannot post on Friday, which means that the item will be posted following Friday (5th April), and the OP should have left another week for delivery before opening dispute.
