Misleading post by sellers

Over the last month or so I have had items sent by the seller by Aramex when it was clearly stated in the listing it was to be sent by Australia post. I only buy from sellers who use Australia post because I can usually get my item within 5 working days. Aramex takes weeks on end and sometimes item is never received. Just a warning to all sellers you will be getting negative feedback if you keep this up, bloody really **bleep** me off.

Re: Misleading post by sellers

If you don't get your item in the condition it was advertised as, open an Item Not Described case.

If you don't get your item within the time eBay stipulates (plus a few days, given eBay is not a carriage service) , open an item not received case.

What is your question for other members?

Given you definitely won't be buying from me.

Re: Misleading post by sellers

OK - just trying to understand the problem here.

You purchased.

The items were sent - they arrived??

Were they late - if so did you open a case.??

They arrived - but not by Aust Post - but Aramex - and - this is your problem??

Crikey - life was not meant to be easy.

Re: Misleading post by sellers

Given the seller you left the neg for is registered in China and has feedback in the toilet , the other one in Australia with feedback in the toilet have you considered stop buying from dodgy sellers?

Re: Misleading post by sellers

I'm not sure what's been holding you back, in regard to feedback.

If something runs late, open an ebay claim for item not arrived and follow through. You should get a refund.

I am not sure what the situation is if the seller responds to an ebay claim with a tracking number, ebay may give the item more time which would be annoying, but there must be a cut off point and if it still doesn't arrive, you'd be up for a full refund.

If a seller sends through aramex when their ad said Auspost, that's definitely worth a mention in your feedback.

If  the item arrived on time, you could perhaps consider neutral feedback with the comment about aramex.

If it runs late or is delayed for a week or two using Aramex, definitely a neg with an explanation as to why.

Sellers need to keep to what they say in the ads, that is the bottom line for me.
