My item number does not work and I need to make a warranty claim, please help.

I bought a Moto G4 plus 16GB about 10 months ago from officeworks and it came with a 12 month warranty but I can't contact the seller because the item number no longer exists and the battery has stopped working. Payed with PayPal, can I get a refund from them? Any ideas?

Not sure why you can't contact the seller? you said you bought it from Office Works, so just do an advanced serach (by seller) for Office Works

Or you can click on your feedback from them and go from there

It is a warranty claim between you and the manufacturer, do you have the warranty papers,  is the battery actually covered for 12 months.  Contact  officeworks direct and see what they say

Go to purchase history and change the drop down menu at the top from last 60 days to 2017.

Then you should be able to find the purchase.
