I had a suite of six or seven responses in autotext ready to insert when leaving feedback which would cover all the bases.

Since ebay has disabled using autotext to complete feedback forms, it's become a pain in the behind leaving feedback - especially on mobile devices.

Lazy of me to whine and moan about this? Sure, but time is money and I couldn't care less about a personalised ebay experience. All I care about is that I pay people money and they deliver the goods. 

You know what the path of least resistance is, don't you? That's to no longer leave feedback, so that's how it's gonna go. Zero feedback will be left for sellers unless it's negative.

Good call on tweaking your system to make it a more personalised experience, eBay. You've ensured I'll operate on ebay in as least a personalised manner as possible. Great job.

I still have the saved responses, the only time they disappear for me is when I clear cache and cookies on my desktop.

I don't use a phone for eBay.

Mine are still there,  I did lose them once, but from memory that was related to a browser update.
