Why doesn't Ebay do something about people not putting their location in their listing.
Sick of reading listings and nobody includes their location. I'm SOOOO tired of asking 'Where you locate".
It's such an obvious thing that does not appears to not be obvious, making me think people are just plain stupid assuming that I'm a mind reader.
Sorry for my rant but it's annoying.
PLEASE MAKE THIS FIELD MANDATORY!!!!!!

Many buyers think it is " thier god given right " to do pick-ups. As one of the SOOOOOO STUPID sellers that dont offer this option, I quite often cop rather aggressive, rude emails from buyers who automatically assume I will tell them where I live and they can wander around to my place at thier leasure. They seem to assume I will be waiting at the door to greet them and have a nice chat for an hour. This may be fine for casual ebayers who share a common intrest with thier buyers and have time for a chat, but for full time proffesional ebayers it causes major problems. Full timers who work from home do have families and lives outside of ebay. It is important to have defined work times and family / leasure time. ( work life balance its called ). Local pick-ups are most often conducted after work in the evenings and on weekends. Why should a seller accept these constant intusions into thier private life, waiting around for a buyer who is running an hour late, cause "they didnt think it would matter" and just stopped off at a mates on the way for a few minutes. Local pick-ups for large items seems obvious ( with location in description ) but buyers should not assume it is thier right for all items..
