Trying to list a set of luggage but the category I need doesn't show up anywhere. S/be Tickets/Travel but when it shows the categories for listing it doesn't appear. Any help on this one would be appreciated?

Why doesn't Ebay do something about people not putting their location in their listing. Sick of reading listings and nobody includes their location. I'm SOOOO tired of asking 'Where you locate". It's such an obvious thing that does not appears to not...
