Hi

I'm having a issue about payment method. I have placed one order for which my visa card was accepted. But now I am having trouble placing orders. I want to place some other orders as well kindly help me to buy items.

If it's on this ID then eBay often puts buying limits on "new members", so that's what may be happening.
