Poor delivery

I had a delivery from this carrier and it arrived absolutely soaked all the way through the package, which was a unopened collectable. I was not impressed at all as it was to be a birthday present.
If they are to continue then they need to take more care with people's purchases. I don't think they would be impressed if it was their own belongings treated with such disrespect.

I have a number of alpacas as baby lamb gaurds and have to shear them from time to time. If you tie a bed sheet loosely around their head, they often quieten down and it stops them spitting on you. It also helps keep them calm when transporting them short distances. Failing that is plan B

PLAN B - If all else fails I sedate them for shearing or when transporting them. Saves the danger of being kicked and less stressful for the alpacas..

Hi boofie65 , sorry to hear this happened to you. The carrier not the seller is at fault. I hope you put in a coplaint to the carrier co (If you can find out who they are)  and also informed the seller too. This way if the issue is adressed from both ends, somwhere someone may get the message. Was there any permanent damage?
