To provide your phone number to buyers in an eBay-approved way, go to Account > Site preferences, and click "Managing communication with buyers" from the menu on the left-hand side.
On the next screen, scroll down to "What your buyers can do" and click Edit next to that. On the next screen, click "Share your phone number", enter the number in the field, and then tick "Show this info both before and after a purchase".
Then click submit.
Buyers will need to message you in order to be able to access your phone number, but you can encourage people (in the listing description) to send you a message if they have any questions.

Not sure but previously I could go to my listings and change the price or any other details as long as the listing didn't have any bids with auction listings so surely you can go to the BIN listing and change details if you wanted to?

Not sure you can go from BIN to auction, Crow
You can go the other way.

@brsal-6175,
There's something else that you really ought to consider.
Being a new seller means that if a buyer pays via PayPal, your funds will be on hold for at least 21 days. This is explained as a risk-mitigating strategy by PayPal.
It could be a good idea for you to sell some relatively cheap items on eBay initially. If you can give yourself a few weeks to build up your selling profile, you'll probably get some good feedback (which gives potential buyers some reassurance about you as a seller, and therefore inclines genuine buyers to be willing to buy from you), but crucially it also means that once you've built up a history of successful transactions, you won't have that issue of funds being withheld.
You need to be particularly vigilant because this instrument isn't cheap. How devastating would it be if you lost the instrument and the money? It could potentially occur if a buyer claimed that the instrument was a fake and made a claim under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Make sure that your listing and your process as the seller minimise your risk as much as possible.
You must include PayPal as a payment option, even for pick-up only items. However, you can state in your listing something like this:
โPayment by cash upon inspection and pick-up preferred. This will enable you to examine the instrument and hear its beautiful timbre for yourself before finalising with cash payment.โ
Best of luck with this, and I hope that your situation in the aftermath of what sounds like severe injuries will improve.

Haha what I mean't was I can change details in my listings if there are no bids eg the price.
So what I mean't also with the BIN listings is that surely you can change the price within the listing instead of cancelling it first and then relisting it.
So OP could just go to their listing and just change the price from $5000 to $8000 without cancelling it?

The OP is a new seller with listing limits. He was not allowed to put in the amount that he wanted so settled for the lower amount.

To end a listing, go to the item on your selling page. Click on the dropdown on the right and select end listing. It doesn't matter which option you select, but I usually select there was an error with the listing. Then select end. It's as simple as that.
You also need to set up buyer blocks and blocks to stop people from overseas buying before relist. Otherwise you'll get some scammer from overseas wanting to offer more than your listing price and wanting to send it to their cousin in Nigeria. They will also tell you that your money won't be released until you can show a tracking number. It's all bull. If you fall for that, you lose the guitar, and the money.
Please stick around to get all the help you can get. You are a prime target for scammers. Please let the experienced members here, help stop that from happening. We don't want to see you get ripped off.
There is a current promo offering 5 fee free listings, which I think ends on the 10th. Check down the bottom of your selling page to see if you have it in the promotions box. If it's there, click accept before you relist. It doesn't matter if it sells after the promo has ended, as long as it's listed during the promo.

OP is no longer an ebay member, must have clicked the wrong button.
