But you have, on several occasions, advised other members to chill out and have a cup of tea and not stress if the items are delayed a bit. Why is it different when it's you?

@michelle, have you ever tried the beautiful Chinese white tea called Silver Needles tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen)?
It is delicate and lightly aromatic, and contains powerful antioxidants. In my opinion it's the finest tea to have if experiencing stress or any emotional upset, no matter how large or small the cause. It takes about five minutes to brew (and the water shouldn't be above 80ยฐC)... It could become the ideal brew to have when expecting a parcel.
Of course, only purchase genuine Silver Needles tea. (The source should be impeccable.)

Not only that, I had put a bid on another same DVD (different seller) as I thought I wasn't getting the 1st one, blow me down, it's delivered! so I had to tell this seller I am very sorry but I have to cancel the bid,(turns out I won the bid) luckily for me they said okay, they said they would will relist it again. I didn't tell them the whole story what actually happened. There are some lovely understanding sellers out there.
Oh well Michelle, it can happen to anyone and yeah you were a bit prejudgemental of the situation but this is not an uncommon ocurrance with buyers out there. You've been very candid about the affair and admitted your error. Makes me respect you even more that you unlike some other folk about there admit this. KUDOS to you for that. *Thumbs up!*

Good one Michelle!!
Michelle's been honest about her hasty assessment of the situation and she apologised to the seller.
Something can be learned from this and Michelle's offered a situation (her own) on hasty judgment which a lot of people are guity of.
Kudo's to Michelle and double Kudo's for her honesty.

And triple kudos for going in direct opposition to what she has advised other members to do in a similar situation?
Regardless of apologies and repayment, a short wait would have negated the inconvenience to TWO sellers, one of whom has probably been shafted with non-refundable Paypal fees. Or is that okay because she owned up to being impatient?

She made a mistake in that she made a too-hasty assessment of her situation and regardless of what she has said in the past, her choosing to share the experience with her peers and not cover anything up is a good thing. Looking at what's happened, it's of benefit to others who can see what's happened and if in a similar situaion, just wait for a bit longer and give seller a bit of grace.
Good on Michelle for that !

Yes, she got a free DVD for hassling the seller/s
First seller lost all their money and paid fees.
Second seller lost fees for the cancellation.
Good example for others?
Don't you dare praise her for that!

Do give it a rest.....Michelle has been doing this sort of thing for years.
No matter how many times she has been told to be patient she still jumps the gun and opens a dispute.
And yes she acknowledges her impatience and mistakes but she still keeps doing it.
She just will not learn from her mistakes.
