Proceed payment or not if there is no response from the seller?
I accepted an offer looks very good from a seller in Sydney. New and high Laptop Specifications with lower market fair price. However, there is no response at all even I asked the seller a few questions. Should proceed payment or any other way I can get help?
Much appreciated.

How do you know the seller is in Sydney?
It does not tell you the state the seller is registered in, so that is a red flag
If it is much cheaper than it should be, red flag
If the seller is not answering, red flag
Although the time to ask questions is before hitting the buy button
Did you check their feedback?
Where does it show they are registered?
What is their feedback as a seller like?

You should ask questions, before you accept an offer.
You accepted the offer, pay up,

Sydney will be where the item is listed as being located.
The seller may not be from there. And yes, I know, this can come as a surprise.
To find out where the seller is, click on the seller's name, then you should see a menu that includes 'Shop, About, Feedback". Open the one that says 'About'. It will tell you the seller's location.
While you are there, go back and click on 'feedback' and at the bottom, click again where it says see all feedback. Check out any negatives or neutrals. Even cast a quick eye over the positives.
If the seller is in China and there are a fair few negatives, just don't pay for the item. Ebay won't do anything to your account, not for one non payment.
But it is striking me as odd the seller is not answering any of your questions. Maybe you are making them nervous because you didn't ask prior to the sale.
So check things out now, before you pay.

The seller may have gone out, we don't all sit here waiting for buyers to ask silly questions.
I find the buyers who start asking questions after making a purchase as the most troublesome, and personally should be given double strikes if they end up not paying.

Considering they never mentioned what questions they asked how would you know they are silly. Maybe they asked some questions you will point out later they should have asked before they paid.

I will be aware of those red flags!
I will wait for a few days and see what happens.

well if they werent silly, they should have asked them before they purchased, now they are wasting the sellers time, and potentially make them miss out on a valid sale. I don't go by the silly old saying of the customer is always right. They had time to ask questions before committing to buy.

And hopefully the seller will open a non payment case.

A seller is supposed to be professional about their dealings.
Accepting an offer or not - there is no reason for this seller to ignore any questions put forward by a buyer - at any time.
If you have doubts - don''t pay - wear the strike.
