Purchase History

Could someone please advise me as to why when I look at my Purchase History, it only shows very recent purchases?  Why does it not list ALL my purchases? I am searching for an item I purchased a litle while ago, but it doesn't show at all.

Have you tried going to the drop down menu where it says 'see orders from' and changing the time period?

Or, if you paid by paypal, looking there?

In purchase history at the top is a small drop down menu.

You can change it from 60 days to 2018, 2017, 2016.

Purchases go back around 2-3 years.
