What is the ETA for the item ?
What is the item number ?

Other members cannot see anything from the transaction ID
Nor can we assist with no details
Have you communicated with the seller?
What was the item number?
What was the estimated delivery date
The seller does not need to contact you, you need to contact them and if they do not respond, give you excuses or try to stall, you open an item not received dispute within the time limit
You, the buyer have all the power
Use it

No contact from seller so no ETA.
Order No. 19-11549-39394

The estimated delivery date was shown on the item before you bought, you do not need the seller to contact you to know what it is
Other members cannot see anything from the order number, which is why we asked for the item number

Not the order number nor the transaction - but the actual item number - every listing has one.

Go back & have a look at your purchase in the 'My ebay' section.
You should be able to see transaction details and the estimated delivery date range.
If that has passed, you do not need to contact the seller, what you need to do is open a proper ebay claim for item not received.
You should see a tab for that near the purchase details.
Once that is opened, the seller has to respond within the claim.
Should the seller contact you and ask you to close it, ignore.
Once closed, a claim cannot be reopened.
You need the money or the item so keep the claim open and follow through with it. The ebay system should guide you as to response dates etc once you open the claim.
