Hello, Just like to mention about Some Real Estate Property which we purchased on eBay for the sum amount $8500, some swamp block, we made payments as per Sale Agreement and this Agent in return did not Issue a Warranty Deed and did not try to resolve any issues that might have arisen on Seller part, also eBay has been very ignorant in pursuing this Agent after so many complaints as to were is the money and were is the land but believe me you will be caught up with even though this Agent is still on eBay Site Advertising Property when clearly this Agent is a runner, hopefully eBay and There Agent be shut down together when there caught up with, Ha ha ha ha.

Read the eBay policy on eBay for real estate below. Effectively eBay only gives the seller the classified ad for the listing and any sale is completed off eBay, so any problems you have with the sale are for you to deal with not eBay.

You are correct that someone was ignorant.
However it was not eBay.

Hello, go to Purchase History, Product and Item Number and should say Paid, So this means not off eBay site,
if off eBay Site then Order History would be Unpaid, thank you.

I'd suggest an appointment at the US Embassy, they'ed be in a better position to advise you regarding a bogus property transaction. It might also be useful to talk to your bank so they can red flag the receiving account.

I cannot go to your purchase history since I'm just a member like yourself, but I suspect the only way that could happen is if the seller listed it in the wrong category.

I was going to (and did) post this:
OP, youโre posting on the eBay.com.au boards. The rules are slightly different for eBay Australia compared to eBay USA.
You will probably have better luck / US-specific replies on the US boards, as we Australian eBayers arenโt as au fait with US real estate issues on eBay.
If thereโs anything with which we can help (or even just to commiserate), well, we could whip through reading the relevant eBay.com policy, but weโd really not have any further knowledge.
Good luck and a wave from Australia.๐ฆ๐ฆ๐บ๐จ๐ช
But now Iโm befuddled as I see you are registered in Australia. Did you actually buy US real estate online while here in Australia?

Don't worry about it, just be careful with some sellers

why oh why would you buy real estate in the USA from Australia, and than blame Ebay for any issues.
