If it is like their current listings, where the only reference, is to a 3yr WAARRANTY, whatever that is, on unbranded, unidentifiable product, I doubt you would be able to make any valid claim anyway. Plus you would have to be able to prove that you maintained the battery to listing recommendations and that the battery was not damaged by your equipment or power supply.
