So, here's the story. I was checking my purchase history and I noticed 3 items that I have't received yet and it's currently 1-2weeks since due by date of the items.
I made an inquire towards one of the sellers of 2 of the items and they sent me a email that asks I contact my local post office and gave me a partial refund with the case now being considered closed by ebay. I don't know really what that means though.
Will I be able to give them back the partial refund if I manage to locate/receive the items? Also, will I be able to get a full refund if I don't find/receive the items?

Did you open an INR dispute via eBay ? If you haven't then the seller has no right to tell you the case is now considered closed by eBay....if there was never a case opened.
If you have not received items, or receive an item you do not beleive is as described etc, you can open a dispute via either paypal or eBay.
Can you give a few more details so we can try to assist with this problem?
How long ago did you purchase? Where from (country, not seller id)

Oh no, I meant that ebay considered the case closed, not the seller telling me that ebay considered the case closed. As for country, it was from china and they are using the Wish couriers. Also, the purchase was in early September and it was due at latest 9 days ago.
Anyway, I'm just confused with why ebay considers the case closed after the seller just gave a partial refund. I'm really new to all this as I haven't really had a problem before so I'm not sure what it all means.
Edit: Nevermind, it seems I received the package this morning (Wasn't any in my mail box yesterday). Now, how do I give the partial refund back?
