Can you give an item number for the item so we can have a look?

Re: Regarding a order I did on hear

Generally speaking, if an ad says free delivery or has a set postage price, then the conditions cannot be changed after the ad.

However, you'd need to read the ad very carefully.

It can sometimes be, for example, that the delivery charges listed are for domestic postage only, with a note that international postage is extra and you'd need to ask.

If the ad listed freight, then that could be an extra charge.

Also, I have read of people using the phone app and having ads show as free postage when it is not, it is a glitch on ebay's part.

As sons & daughters said, if you show the item number, we could have a look.
