Returned item but no refund

Hi, recently purchased a gutter cleaner, but when i received it the fitting to the pressure washer was the wrong type. Tried to find an adapter, even a new washer, but none of the known brands has this fitting. I contacted the seller, and even though it was outside the mandated return time, they agreed for me to return it and they would issue a refund. Over a month and no refund, just being fobbed off. Is there any recourse thru Ebay to get my money back?

As you said yourself, it was outside the time limit , so no, nothing you can do through eBay

you have 180 days to claim through PayPal.....you are outside the limits for eBay (30 days)

just upload tracking for return via PP

Even though you paid by Paypal, any refund will go back to the funding source.

The seller is not going to refund you.

Open a paypal claim.

As others have mentioned, you are not too late. Open a claim (item not received) and if possible upload documentation of email exchange between you and the seller as proof...

Normally, after a few days, Ebay will refund your original purchase price...

Ebay is pretty good for this kind of situations...

There is also a phone number to contact Ebay directly if you need...
