In May I purchased a product from USA , it was advertised as a pack of 2 items.
i received only 1 item
i contacted the seller who did not respond, requesting the additional item I had purchased in good faith.
i then contacted E Bay who requested I return the item to the seller. This I did, paying the postage from Australia.
e Bay now advises the return is closed, as of 07/11
i am yet to receive either a replacement or a refund to my Pay Pal account.
i am unable to discover as to how to contact E Ba
any ideas?

Here's a link to contact eBay, phone them or (preferably get them to call you back, you tend to get a more knowledgeable rep that way), if the first CS rep doesn't help you ask to speak to a supervisor.
