I bought a guitar from a seller and it was stated that it would take 30 days to make and ship the guitar. It is now 37 days and counting and NO contact from the seller except for excuses as to why it hasn't shipped.
Trying to make a complaint about the seller is completely useless and impossible. It seems that Ebay doesn't give a **bleep** about their site anymore.
the resolution centre is non existant and the automaed assisntat is EVEN MORE USELESS.
I think its time to stop using ebay and look somewhere else, because they OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE.

I think it is time you familiarised yourself with the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
eBay is heavily buyer-centric. The only way you will lose money is not using the MBG when applicable.
Ps: eBay, nor any of us other members, who you are actually addressing, care about whether or not you continue to use the platform.

The listing shows
"This listing was ended by the seller on Thu, 18 Sep at 3:21 PM because there was an error in the listing"
What did the seller tell you ?
I think you would have seen the estimated delivery date to have been 60 - 90 days from purchase so it's unlikely you could open an 'item not received' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee yet.
That can be done within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.

Buy from anywhere you want, no need to tell other members
and eBay aren’t going to notice or care
Yelling on the member to member forum will not achieve anything
What ‘complaint’ are you trying to make?
You have the tools with the eBay MBG, up to you if you use them or not
Just as it up to you to check seller feedback before you buy anything

I think the seller makes the guitars to look (similar) to the images.
The item specifics show Brand - Unbranded
and the OP wrote
" it was stated that it would take 30 days to make and ship the guitar"
The listing shows a 30 day handling time and an estimated 60-90 day delivery

Seller registered in China.
Pic of guitar neck with the words 'Made in USA'

No red flags at all 🤔

Of course I looked at the listing.
The seller has made and sold 275 guitars with mostly positive feedback.
" it was stated that it would take 30 days to make "
Whilst the images may be deceiving, the OP would have had to discuss all the options with the seller in regards to customisation and building of the guitar within 30 days.
So the OP would know exactly what type of guitar to expect.
I'm not saying for one minute that the OP will receive a guitar but unless the rules have changed, the OP won't be able to open an item not received dispute yet, with delivery showing 60 - 90 days from purchase.

Hi,
They have obviously changed the delivery time frame because the original listing was 3-30 days delivery....and i wasn't contacted to inform me of the change. I tried to contact them last Friday and have gotten no response
