I purchased an item from a seller - the seller was messaging me through out the money back guarantee period, assuring me that they were waiting for stock to arrive and then as soon as the money back guarantee window passed, they stopped replying and haven't sent my item. And now I can’t claim under the money back guarantee because that window has passed, what can I do?
