Hi,
I purchased a dvd set on 01/12/24 and was provided a tracking number.
When tracking the parcel, Fedex said it was delivered on 09/12/24. The proof of delivery photo was a large roll of plastic, left at someone else's house.
I contacted both Fedex and the seller.
The seller said it was a mix up and sent another dvd set, with Australia Post tracking.
The item states "delivered " even though I reported it hasn't.
Fedex have no history of my address.
Australia Post do not identify the tracking number, today was the latest the second delivery would arrive.
The seller is fraudulent, I asked for a full refund, no message.
I left negative feedback, he had it removed.
How is that even possible?
The feedback was removed even though I opened a dispute with Ebay over this seller, provided details about the item not being delivered, both to Ebay and in my negative feedback.
This seller is continuing to scam people, and I was denied my right to leave feedback.
This seller is a major seller, is that why he could have my feedback removed?
I also mentioned in my feedback that the seller is not located in Australia, but overseas.
I have proof in the false tracking number he provided.
Why didn't Ebay contact me before removing my feedback?
The system is not fair to buyers when they are up against large sellers.
Now I need to wait until 18/12/24 for Ebay to refund my money.
I'm down $40, which might not seem a lot to people, but to me, it is.
I've also reported this seller to Ebay.
When a seller can easily have negative feedback removed, how honest is the feedback system?
All I see is Ebay supporting a scammer, a fraudulent seller who never had any intention of providing me with what I purchased.
