Really?
Life can be so hard sometimes.

There should be an option to filter bad buyers, LOL

Why?
People should be able to spend a couple of seconds looking at feedback for themselves
And how do you figure it will work if the seller in question is selling their very first item, as a buyer they can only have 100% (as you would be aware)
And what about sellers who have less than 100% only because of a malicious, neg happy buyer?
Not much use telling other members this, and eBay do not take 'suggestions'
If you care who you are buying from, look for yourslef
It is not hard

All you would need to do is keep your seller feedback below 100%.

Some of my best buying experiences have been from sellers with less than 100% feedback.
Anyone who has been selling for quite a while is almost bound to get a neg or neutral occasionally & sometimes quite unfairly.
On the other hand, as sandypebbles mentioned, a person new to selling might have 100% feedback but no actual track record as a seller.
