I purchased an item from a seller whose counter offer I accepted. He then proceeds to cancel the sale stating that he has lost the item which is fine.
But about 1/2 hour after the cancellation the exact same item is put back on sale.
Rang the Ebay helpdesk to report the issue and was given the run around. I insisted on speaking to the supervisor and she guided me on how to place negative feedback for the seller.
I check today and my negative feedback for the seller was removed. Called the helpdesk again and was put through to the team that looks after feedback and they said that the feedback was removed because the seller claims that the second listing was in error. (load of crock)
They also said that removed feedback cannot be reinstated as well. (another load of crock).
Sellers are able to game the system and have negative feedback removed by using loopholes in the system.

You're a knight, perchance?
Sir Davewil of Communitycestershire? (However, simply addressing you as "sir" in that case is insufficient. It should be your full title, plus some of your deeds.)
Hail, Sir Davewil of Communitycestershire,
Defender of the Beleaguered
Upholder of the Knowledge
Protector of the Syntax and Fundaments
Holder of the Sacred Witticism
Proclaimer of the Succinct Response.

Sir Dave of the lost cause, maybe.
KLC has a certain ring to it.
I do own a broadsword, so dubbing is not a problem.
