Romindinnouazealanda, you aren't supposed to name individial sellers on here.
But I don't see that the seller is dodgy, I have just had a look at their items for sale.
First up, before you bought, did you check out every photo in the ad?
I have checked out 2 ads and in both, the bottom photo showed this:
It aslo says in the ads that the tops are fitted and to consider going up a size, plus there is no refund for change of mind or choosing the wrong size, so refer to the size chart.
Just because you have another shirt in that size and it is bigger, it does not follow that every 3XL shirt will be exactly the same.
I know from women's clothing that some brands run big, others smaller and I personally have tops in a few different sizes in my wardrobe.
If you just expected your 3XL shirt to measure 76cm, then that is your mistake. It says quite clearly in the ad that the width will be 60cm.
When you buy something on ebay and it is faulty or it is seriously not as described then you can open an ebay claim for a refund and you do not pay more money for handling.
But in this case, I don't think you have a valid claim, I think any claim wwould be rejected because the sizing information seems to be there, right in the ads.
No seller is obliged to refund your money because you bought the wrong thing or it does not fit.

Sellers are not obligated to accept change of mind returns
The measurements are clearly shown so you would have known what you were getting had you looked at what you were buying
The ads from the seller you are falsely accusing of being dodgy show you were sent exactly what you purchased . 100% you mistake
All you have proven is you do not look at the information clearly shown on the listing, and then post false accusations about the seller on a public forum

This Photo Was mot up when I brought the shirt.
I have proven to the seller That Australia and New zealand Measurements are the same
The measurements to a 3 XL are 76 cm armpit to armpit
and that's why I say the seller is doggie

I Did Not Falsely Accuse anyone.
The photo with Measurements was not on the sellers Post before i brought this shirt
The seller Has the wrong Measurements and Thats the way i say He or she is Doggie
i paid over 100 hundred dollars for this to not be able to use really. ?

Yet it shows no revisions for a photo being added
And a doggie (sic) would not be able to sell on eBay

Even if the photo wasnt up when you purchased, the ad clearly says check the size chart, wouldnt you have written to the seller to ask.
As we all know sizes vary between manufacturers, just because chiefs shirts are that size, doesnt mean others are.
I can walk in a shop and end up with 3 different sizes, even from the same store.
Looking at the sellers items, they all look well presented with all the detail to make a judgement, far better than most I have seen.

Yes you did
Plus you agreed to the forum rules of not being allowed to 'name and shame' and yet it was the very first thing you did
Again, there is no revisions for a photo being added
It is not the seller's table that they made themselves
The word is dodgy, not doggie. A doggie is a dog
Up to you to check the measurements that were there, or ask if you were in doubt
The listing says check the size chart, so if you say there was no photo of one, why not message the seller and say there is no size chart?
Sizes are not 'universal'
If you can't use it. sell it yourself

When an ad has changes made to it, that will show up & sandy has noticed there are no revisions that indicate another photo has been added.
Is it possible you may have missed the size chart by accident as it is on the very end with several photos above it.
The ad also mentions referring to the size chart and also warns people to size up as they are fitted. When making a purchase at this sort of price of course you want it to fit so you can get the wear out of it. Your best bet when in doubt is always message the seller before you buy.
The seller does not have the wrong measurements, they simply have measurements that are not the same as some other brands. That happens a lot & it is advertised as a fitted shirt.
I don't believe you are eligible for a refund but if you wanted to make a claim in any case, you would need to have opened an ebay claim within 30 days of the arrival.
If I were you, what I would do is keep all the tags on and relist it for sale somewhere-maybe marketplace under one of their categories or elsewhere-as new with tags. You may not get your full amount back but better to recoup part of the loss, unless you have a friend you could gift it to.

I totally believe in you as I encountered a similar incident as well. It comes to my attention that Ebay is not doing anything about it and allow these dodgy sellers keep selling and scamming innocent buyers. They receive no consequences except negative comments. It is not a safe platform anymore.
