Seller saying I returned different item

So I bought a Graphics card (Computer Part) from a seller and after 5 days it stopped working. The seller received the item Yesterday and is telling me that the Gaphics Card s different from the one they sent me. Seller is clearly Chinese and I can barely understand his sentences, is eBay going to side with them and I'm going to lose my money? What do I say?

Getting off-topic we aren't here to debate the subtle meanings of phrases. You can clearly see the broken English from the seller.

Not such broken English that it would take anyone 10 minutes to decipher it.

IMO it was perfectly clear and easy to understand.

The seller did offer to help you try and get it working....did you take him up on the offer?

hyperbole
hʌɪˈpəːbəli/
noun

  1. exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally.
"he vowed revenge with oaths and hyperboles"
    synonyms:exaggeration, overstatement

Also i'm not sure how much you know about computers, specifically graphics cards, but once they are dead, they are dead. I did everything to troubleshoot that he would have told me, such as putting it in different computers, cleaning connectors and cleaning the motherboard slots. Unless he has some super secret method thathas never been shared on the internet, the card is dead for good.

Bottom of the listing says 'Pick up from Sunnybank 4109'

Chinese people live in Australia and Chinese products are sold in Australia. It was sent from Brisbane and returned to Brisbane.

My bad.

And @eezipeezi888 This has drove my head in as well, some private messages have been clear while others have been a complete mess. The image I posted is terrible english, while it seems the posts he has made on the board are somewhat up to standard, not perfect but much better than what I've been sent.
