Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

I once asked this seller a question and it took them about 5 hours to reply - also on a Friday by the way. I think you should receive a reply by the end of the day, or maybe tomorrow.

I actually didn't buy, but still have that item I wanted to buy on my watchlist and do Intend to buy it at some stage. They seem to be a good seller, yes.

What do you think of them sending me wrong harp? Do you think they couldn't have tell the difference between two harps as they didn't know much about harp or do you think they intentionally sent me wrong one thinking I wouldn't know

I don't think it was intentional. Maybe the harp was in their warehouse and the person who prepared it for the courier knows nothing about music but is just someone who works in the warehouse, so this person made a mistake. Just a possibility.

It doesn't matter what the thought processes of the seller are.
Just open the INAD case.

Quite possible as it was all packages in a cardboard and again in a high density fibreboard box when it arrived

But it maybe quite possible it was intentional as if they were selling the other harp(the one I received), they would have had listing of that harp on the ebay as well with the
right picture. It is quite possible they were intentionally frauding people to buy the 31 levered harp thinking it is the 36 levered harp in the ad

True. So I can open the case now even though ETA has not passed yet? Also status of delivery is still SENT not delivered
