Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

I have a driver now but he is from direct couriers not trans direct. He claims trans direct asked them to pick up the item

Shouldn't they come at time they scheduled to come? Also I can't just hand over the parcel to totally different company without first confirming with the company that is booked with. What if they later deny they asked direct couriers to pick up the item. Again is this my fault? I think its the company's fault

I called direct couriers and they told me transdirect asked them to pick up the item and said I can send the driver away if item is not ready and will send another one after 9 but said can't gaurantee they will come before 10
