I just read the last post "Sellers inability to package items securely" and agree with the frustration.
I bought Rolex watch movements. They were mailed to me in a small paper envelope.
I was charged $8 for postage and the seller spent $2. I complained to the seller three times with no response before posting negative feedback.
I noticed today the seller has left a comment on my feedback saying I lie and the items were mailed in a box with bubble wrap.
I have the envelope the movements arrived in. It has the sellers business stamp on it. I am happy to provide photos to verify my claim.
Something has become lost, some sellers genuinely don't care. To counter genuine feedback with a fabricated response.
What and who are buyers to believe?
What is it when poor service and negative feedback can be shrugged off with untrue counter responses?

My point was, and is, that the total price is the total price, regardless of whether the sticker price was $2 or $8 for the postage.
The parts COULD have been damaged, but WERE they? I'm guessing not, as your coronary seems to be about the postage price/method not the condition of the items.
