There's a REPORT ITEM link above item Specifics....but you better be certain it's a fake.
Ebay can't monitor everything, it's up to buyers/sellers to report if not right.

Interested in knowing why you think it is an obvious fake. Had a quick look and without doing any research, I am going genuine.

I'm no expert at all so I couldn't even begin to say if it is fake or not, but what would put the wind up me is the fact it is advertised as a very rare Nazi Luftwaffe watch, yet the auction started at 99c.
If it is genuine, you'd think a seller would start a bit higher than that. I would, anyway.
PS Mind you, going on the pics, it looked like a decent enough watch. be interesting to see what it eventually sells for.

Oh my goodness... a blatant fake, I would say, springyzone.
There are several giveaways, which I won't mention as I have no intention of inadvertently aiding a purveyor or originator of these fakes.
Original pilots' watches of this era are certainly fascinating collectors' items, and it is so offensive to see these fakes enter the market, with an appeal to people who collect Nazi memorabilia rather than an appeal to people interested in this period of history.

This seller has previously sold duplicates of this watch.
I won't go into details about how bad it is because it actually isn't a fake.
To be a fake there has to have been a genuine original once upon a time, and there never was anything produced for the Luftwaffe even vaguely similar to this abomination.
However, thinking laterally, just ponder upon what Uncle Adolf's response would have been to having something supplied to, and used by, any branch of the German armed forces that had integral details on it written in French!
The word on the dial is "Regulateur" which is Fench for "Regulator".
That word is meaningless anyway as all watches have some form of regulator to adjust their rate to make them run faster or slower.
Aside from the awful watch itself, I can't fathom how Ebay allows listings like this to appear.
Having the word Nazi in the title should be automatically flagged by their bots and the listing not allowed to proceed without a change of wording.
The seller has sold many items with Nazi in the title, so maybe he/she has immunity somehow...

Can I change my mind.? Seller states the movement is Molnija calibration 3602. From what I can gather Molnija did not come into being until the end of 1947, and calibration 3602 did not become available until the 60's
Still, I reckon it is worth a lot more than 99c, but a hell of a lot less than th $3800 seller claims its worth.

That plane logo looks very un-historical. I'm not sure if using both French and Luftwaffe on the same watch is too extraordinary, maybe not. The fact that he has sold the same watch before is a big minus, as unique as a big fat possum eating my berries in my backyard. I am an expert of sort on antique and vintage clocks (though not watches) and my vote is... FAKE!
Though I won't be going around reporting people for fakes on a hunch.
What people should be going around reporting this seller, though, is on his Nazi items, which are against ebay policy:
