Thought I would check to see if there has been anything done yet regarding the seller who seems to be missing.
Did a search for "Fortune Fish" and sure enough his listing is still live and tops the search out of 60 results in Best Match. Interesting that with a feedback score of 97% and getting close to 200 negs this seller's listing has not dropped in Best Match.
You have to wonder what is going on ?:|
I am still worried about the seller. Has anyone heard anything yet?

Hi Nonny, I don't know if you saw this post of Foxy's?
Ah yes, I do recall reading that, should have explained my thinking better, I was wondering if the same name initials D & A (as shown on their shop) plus their surname comes up anywhere in SA (not just the area their contact details show) or even in other states? Although if seller's surname is something common like Smith or something that would certainly not work . . . .
But looks like those 'fantastic ebayers' are exhausting every avenue . . . and I say again, I wish the seller knew that there are some good eggs out there concerned enough for them to spend their time doing what ebay should be doing.

Yes, my search for the sellers store also came up with 0. I assume Ebay has finally taken action.
Greencat, all the buyers that will make a claim will get their money back, the rest will remain in the account until eternity I assume. I have no idea about the legal side of such accounts.

austeam thankfully e-bay have finally removed the listings but sadly this seller has still be left with 200+ neg feedback and a ruined reputation. after 3 days I am still waiting for e-bay to respond to my e-mail to them and remove the disgusting comments made by one buyer, with a bit of luck he will be suspended as well.

I got a reply about the ID re the fb on the 3/2.
I had reported both issues online one day and by phone the following day.
I am glad that something has finally been done though amazed that it took so long and so much effort from the community for it to happen. The fact that that fb has been left for all to see is .....I can't find the words.I am concerned about the seller and hope that all is OK there.None of this looks good.
