Site map gone AWOL

Haven't been able to look for stuff all day.

The site map does display, but then no matter what category I click on all I get is "something went wrong, we're sorry", along with a suggestion to go to the homepage (with a link which does not work either).

Standard Ebay stuff up I suppose.

Just checked.     Did the same for me.  

Don't know how long it's been like that.  Haven't used it for maybe a week.

No problems here at all.....and the Site Map is still displayed at the bottom of the page, towards the right hand side of the page.

Works for me - Chrome.

The other option is to use the search function at the top of every page. That is also selectable by category.

Edit: You are correct stawks. But the search bar still works.

I did click on a couple of categories when I answered earlier Stawks but they have gone now.

I see the same as everyone else now.

The A-Z index page has changed in the US so maybe we'll get the index back,(or not,so they are possibly working

on trying to "improve" it again.

I still prefer to use the A-Z index:  http://pages.ebay.com/help/index/A.html

I 'lost' the A-Z index about a month ago....real pain trying to find anything now 😞

I don't use it for the policies,(just general stuff which is pretty much similar).

Our new setup is to confuse members in the hope that they give up and don't bother looking themselves,
