Unexpected search result

Miss14 was looking for a Marvel action figure from the Loki series.

Putting the characters name in the search for anything - wow, brought up some unexpected results and awkward questions.

Enquiring of eBay - the pictures are perfectly acceptable on eBay France.

she was looking for a Sylvie Marvel figure - only typed in sylvie.

don't do the search on a work device.

Did ask eBay - and got the response as stated.

Did advise that it was my daughter and I looking for the item - if eBay feels the need to kick me off their platform that's their choice. Doubt they could really be ar$ed to do so. Seeing as I already got a response

What the hell kind of searches do you get on  your computer?

No search for sylvie gives me anything worth complaining to ebay about.

And I see she did the search by herself.  Tsk.

Someone may be telling porkies about the actual search words used.

so what you are saying is someone can't access the ebay.com.au website unless they have an account or see an age warning on the home page?

Whether or not they can make purchase or a sale that's different isn't it?

That's a breach of policy.

As I said. you clicked the box where it said your read and agreed to the T & C's

She could possibly buy as a Guest -  I don't know the process for that

If she wants to buy something - then she would need to ask me to log in.

I have clarified we were looking for this thing together. In was an unexpected result.

So you were in control of the search and are therefore responsible for what you have exposed to miss 14,

but then again, you have no problems with sharing the exact images you are complaining of, on a public forum.

Actually wondering if miss 14 actually exists.
