After nearly a month and no goods I opened a not received dispute. The seller was extremely helpful and insisted that it had been posted on time. Today it arrived from Hong Kong and stamped on the front were the words, Missent to Canada Post Toronto Exchange.
I learnt from this that no matter how careful a seller is in addressing a parcel it can still go astray. It made me wonder how many sellers have lost points because of something they couldn't control. I have closed the dispute and left positive feedback.
