Voucher Codes disappeared

During June, Ebay sent sellers vouchers for 10% of a sale. eg. if a Sale was $100 they sent me a voucher code for $10.  I had quite a few, and they didn't expire for 30 days. The codes I hadn't used have completely disappeared. They were at the top of the screen, when I clicked on My Ebay.  I did chat to customer service and they said they would get back to me, not holding my breath there.  Has anyone else experienced this or know anything about it?  I'm really disappointed as I had quite a few left to use. thank you

eBay have been known to end promo's earlier than the initial mentioned promo period.

If I am buying something anyway I always try to use vouchers soonest possible.
