What can be done when a key item is missing

I recently bought a SLX Micro Sim Home Golf Simulator on e-Bay and found that the QR Card and, more importantly, the USB cable were not received, can anyone assist me?

If those items were part of the listing

You follow eBay policy and open an item not as described dispute (within the time limit)

When you say 'recently' how long ago?  

And don't close it if the seller 'tells you to' 

Did you buy on the account you are posting with, or as a guest ?

Have you contacted the seller, re the USB charging cable, they may be able to supply, or fund a local purchase,

As for the QR for the licence, the product support appears to have an alternative.

I wouldnt contact the seller, if it was clearly included in the listing, do as Sandy say, open a not as described ASAP.

Often sellers will play games with you and say they are sending a replacement,  and allowing the timeframe for you to open a dispute timeout.

Open a dispute.

I would be happy with a partial refund as long as it was close to cost of replacement,  then I could buy a USB cable of my choosing, or just use one of the many I have all over the place.

As stated there appears to be an alternative method, after all it is only a means to obtain  the app and licence.
