none, until I had filed a dispute for item not received, and followed up with Australia Post regarding 'lost item'
feedback is the FINAL step in the whole transaction, only to be left once all parts of the transaction (including disputes/ refunds / searching, etc) is complete

If the seller makes a sensible request that I wait a few more days and check it isn't at the PO and refunds if it still hasn't been found then they get a pos.
If I have to open a dispute if they refund immediately then again a pos if they have been polite.
If they still try to argue but refund before I escalate then either a neut or no feedback depending on how polite they are.
If I have to escalate then a neg.
