Where do my thread go about best offers?

I posted a thread this morning about best offers and it is gone? what happened to it?  

I noticed on best offers you can not revise your offers, if this true?

just click on your eBay ID to the left of a post and it will come up with a list of your most recent posts.  If they are bold it means new content on that thread.

I swear i looked for it about 4 times, i even checked the other forums (selling) i could not find it...now i see it clear as day.
