Where has my Didn't Win folder gone?

This might be a crazy question ... but I've lost it 

I can't find it anywhere and did search for the question before posting... I think I'm going mad 

Can anyone out there put me on the right track as to how to get it back...

It is still ther under Bids/Offers in My Ebay.
